Reporting a violation:
Reporting a violation does not lead to a penalty being imposed on the employee directly, but it is recorded in the system until the person responsible for taking action comes and takes action.
Violation reporting steps
Note: In order to report a violation, the user must have the “Report Violations” permission.
1- From the main screen, the user clicks on "Employees".
2- Then click on "Reported Violations"
3- Click on "Report Violation"
4- The violation reporting screen appears, so the user can enter the required data, such as: selecting the employee, the violation and its date.
5- After completing the data entry, the user clicks on "Report Violation".
After recording the violation report, the report is transferred to the "Open" box until the official takes action.
Note: All reported violations and their statuses are displayed to all users who have this permission activated "View Reported Violations".
When the user clicks on the violation (Pending), the violation data and the procedure appear, and at the bottom the options that must be implemented appear, which are either approving the implementation of the procedure, taking other measures, or completely excluding the procedure.
You can also request the employee's statement by clicking on "Request Employee Statement" to send a request to the employee to provide a statement from him on the violation.
By clicking on “Take Other Actions”, the user can change the name of the action for the violation, such as (deducting wages by days, warning, deprivation of reward, etc.), enter the value of the action, submit any notes about the violation, and then click on “Apply Action”.
Note: The user who has this permission activated "Actions on Reported Violations" can take action on pending violations, and the user can also record violations manually, and add statements on violations.
