Recording a violation:
It is used to record a violation by the employee, noting that the process of recording a violation may lead to the application of a penalty to the employee.
Steps to record a violation
1- From the main screen, the user clicks on "Employees".
2- Then click on "Reported Violations"
3- Click on "Record Violation"
4- The violation record screen appears, so the user can enter the required data, such as: selecting the employee, the date of incident, select violation, the action required to be taken, and the reason.
Note: The employee can view any attachments recorded in the violation and the reason, if the user activates the "Show reason and attachments to the employee" indicator while recording the violation.
Note: The user must enter the reason for the violation during "Record violation", if the violation is defined in the system, the "Reason must be added" indicator is activated for it.
For example: If the user defines a violation in the system as "noise in the workplace" and when defining it, the user activates the "Adding reasons is mandatory" indicator, then when this violation occurs, the system will ask the user to (enter the reason) because it is mandatory.
Note: If a violation is recorded against an employee and the same violation has been repeated by the same employee, “Occurrence” (second time) will appear. If the user tries to modify it to change the number of times the violation is repeated, a warning message will appear that:
Note: Reset Repeat violations against a specific employee after a specific period of time in days 180 days or the period can be changed by the user in the modifications.
