Note: There are roles that will be dedicated to the Violations and Penalties feature that include some Permissions, and the roles are:
Violations Manager: He will have the following permissions activated: View violations and penalties - Report violations - Reported violations - Take Action on reported violations - Export violation reports.
Violations Admin: He will have all the permissions of the Violations and Penalties.
A practical example:
If company "X" has employees (Mohammed - Ahmed - Saleh) and Mohamed has the power of admin, and Saleh is an activated employee with powers (report a violation) and Ahmed is an employee with powers (view the violations that have been reported, the table of violations currently active in the institution and the details of each violation)
And a violation occurred by Ahmed, what are the events resulting from that?
Answer: Mohamed or Saleh can report the violation (because Saleh has the activated permission) and Mohamed (admin) so he has all the permissions.
After either of them submits the violation, Ahmed will receive the violation in detail, and he can view the table of violations currently activated in the institution and the details of each violation.
Mohamed can do the following: activate, deactivate, or modify the articles of the violation table. Such as adding custom articles, controlling the violation settings, and he can also take action on the violations and add statements (if any).
Mohamed can also take a custom action on (Ahmed) or cancel the violation.
In this way, disciplinary procedures are dealt with and the permissions and the role of each permission are clarified.
