Implementing Violations & Penalties policies in the workplace is a crucial step to ensure compliance and discipline among employees.
Jisr seeks to enhance the implementation of Violations & Penalties policies by integrating them into the payroll process.

Steps to set the impact of Violations & Penalties on the payroll:
Steps to set the impact of disciplinary penalties on salary:
1- The user clicks on Settings
2- Click on "Paygroups Settings" under the payroll.
3- Select the payroll for which you want to define violation deduction policies.
4- In the "Payroll calculation" tab
5- The user goes down to the "Violation deduction" tab and chooses which salary specifically will be deducted from, whether it will be deducted from the "Basic salary" or "Full package" or "Basic salary + selected allowances" where the user can choose the allowances to be added to the basic salary and from which the deductions will be made.
After taking Violations action against the employee, the action will affect the payroll.
The Violations deduction amounts can be viewed as follows:
1- The user clicks on the payroll
2- Select the employee's name and then click on the (...) three dots next to the name
3- Click on the payroll details
4- Then click on the "Deductions" tab to find the deduction amounts for penalties and the details of each amount.
Or you can view the value of MOL Violation for each employee in the other way, where you can click on the "Amount" of the MOL Violation located at the bottom of the column for the employee
Then the Violations penalties amounts for the specified employee appear.
The user can click on the "Details" button to view the details of the Violation penalty such as its reason and according to which law.
Note: Violations voided after payroll was sent for approval will not impact payroll transactions if payroll is approved but if payroll is rejected we will delete the transactions.
Note: If the user void penalty, even if Violation was recorded in the payroll, the deduction will be removed from the employee's payroll.
Note: If a violation is recorded against an employee, even if it is old and dates back to the previous month's salary, the deduction will appear on the current month's payroll.
