Notifications of the violations and penalties

• Communicate Recorded Violations with Employees:

When a violation is recorded against an employee, an automatic task titled "Communicate Recorded Violation" is created, reminding the admins to notify the employee about the violation. 

Note: This task does not mean that the employee will be automatically notified by the system, but this must be done by the person assigned to this task to communicate with the employee.

Admins and employees with permissions can:

1. Mark the task as completed

2. Set a due date for the task

3. Reassign the task to another user

4. Reject the task

The employee is notified of this violation via the mobile application and the web.

Note: A violation notification message is sent to the employee's mobile application, but it is not possible to know the details of the violation through it.

To view the details of the violation, employee can view them via the web.

note:

When “Action already taken, this is for documentation purposes only” is selected meaning that this violation has occurred and its penalty has already been applied to the employee, no notifications are sent to the employee and no task is created for the authorized employee.
