Through the Jobs page, you can view the available jobs on the system, as well as perform the following:
1. Search
2. Use filters to sort based on requirements.
Please note that jobs can also be filtered based on the recruiter or hiring manager assigned to them, allowing hiring managers, recruiters, and directors to view only the jobs they are assigned to or monitor the progress of their subordinates.
3. Select Date for Sorting or Filtering: You can choose a date to sort or filter jobs based on the time they were added to the system.
4. Find the Number and Names of Hiring Stages for this Job: You can check the hiring stages associated with this job and the number of applicants at each stage of the recruitment process for this job.
5. Find the Total Number of Candidates for this Job: You can check the total number of candidates who have applied for this job and the time of its creation.
6. Editing and Deleting Options (if needed): You have the option to edit or delete the job as required.
7. Change the Job Status (Open, Closed): You can modify the job status based on its current state (e.g., open, closed).
8. To share and post the job announcement on social media platforms.
View job details and its stages
- By clicking on the job title displayed on this page, you can view all the hiring stages added to the job and the number of candidates at each stage.
- You can also enable the stage automation feature for emails at this stage, which means an automated email can be sent to candidates in this stage with specified details. This ensures consistency in the content sent by the organization to candidates and reduces manual effort for the HR department. More details about automating email communication with candidates.
Control How Candidates Are Displayed for Jobs (Kanban, List View)
You can control how candidates are displayed for each job using the buttons shown below.
- You can control the view of the listed candidates on this page using the buttons shown below. By default, the 'Kanban view' is enabled, which lists the candidates by visualizing the stages of the hiring process.
- The other view option, 'List view,' provides a more structured and comprehensive layout that allows for smooth scanning and display of candidate details.
Filtering Candidates
You can also perform the following actions:
- Move a single candidate.
- Reassign a single candidate to another job.
- Remove a candidate from the hiring stage.
- Select and move multiple candidates to another stage using available options or drag-and-drop.
- Reassign selected candidates to another job.
- Delete selected candidates.
- Change the job status.
- Add a new candidate.
- Add a current candidate.
