To effectively utilize the assessment card, begin by entering its details, assigning relevant members, and adding job assessments.
Upon clicking 'Create assessment card', the new card will be presented, comprising the following components.
- Card name: This is a required field that will automatically be filled with the same name of the job. However, it's editable in case you need to make changes.
- Card owners: Also a required field, automatically filled with the name of the admin who creates the assessment card. You have the option to add others in addition to the initial name. Please note that this role grants permissions to edit and delete assessment cards to those entitled to it.
- Assessors: This field is required to add members of your team who will serve as assessors. This role grants permissions to submit assessments only.
Once you've set your card details and roles, you can start adding different assessments to evaluate candidates.
You can enter the assessment type based on your needs, such as communication skills, language proficiency, and personality & culture fit. Additionally, you should select the stage at which candidates will be assessed. Please note that you will be able to choose from the available stages you already have.
If 'All stages' is selected, other stages cannot be selected simultaneously. However, when 'All stages' is not selected, you can choose multiple stages together.
You can add assessment as needed.
When the assessment card is created, it will appear under the 'Assessment card' tab related to the job.
