How to evaluate candidates and enable auto-rejection feature?

Screening Questions

 In addition to the basic information required from applicants, which was activated in the form, you can add screening questions that help assess the candidate or determine whether the applicant's qualifications match the job requirements. These can include questions about experience, country of residence, or proficiency in specific languages.

Enable auto-rejection feature for specific answers

Specific answers to screening questions can be set to trigger the auto- rejection feature. This means that if the applicant selects that answer, they will be automatically rejected by the system and classified in the rejected list. However, not all types of questions have the automatic rejection feature; only questions of the type (multiple choice, yes/no) include this feature.

Assessment card

The job creator must add at least one assessment. This assessment card is designed to assist those responsible for the job in assessing candidates based on specific criteria, such as skills or other requirements. You can choose from the available assessment cards in the system and modify them, or create a new assessment. More details on creating assessment cards.
