By default, the ATS includes 3 recruitment stages:
- Applied
- Rejected
- Hired
- If you wish to add a new stage (e.g., initial interview, practical test, etc.), you can click on the "Add Stage" button and fill in the name field with the appropriate title. If you do not need to use it, you can click the delete button. Additionally, you can reorder the stages by dragging or rearranging them.
- You can enable stage automation for a specific hiring stage by clicking "Apply Stage Automation" next to the desired stage. More details about automating candidate communication.
Application Form
The next step after defining the hiring stages is to publish the job's application form.
- Publish Application Form: Activate the button if you want to publish the form to be shareable and available for candidates to use. When the button is disabled, the job will not be publishable or shareable once completed until this button is activated again.
- Language: Select the language in which you want the application form for the job to be displayed.
Form Details: In the section for candidate information, you can show or hide the field (appropriate/inappropriate) using the eye icon. Additionally, you can specify whether filling out the required field is required or optional for the job applicant by activating or deactivating the "Required" button for that field.
