What are the permissions of the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager?

Check out the permissions of the roles (Recruiter - Hiring Manager):

- The default permissions assigned to the roles of recruiters or hiring managers at the job level cannot be modified.

- Default job-level permissions for the roles of recruiters or hiring managers grant users access and control over only the specific job they are assigned to. However, assigning an employee to the system's default role for the ATS or a custom role (View Applicant Tracking System) from the Roles and Permissions page allows that user to access all jobs in the ATS, not just a specific job. More about permissions.

In the dropdown list for assigning a recruiter at the job level, only the names of admins, those with the default recruiter role from the Settings page, and those with a custom role with the View Applicant Tracking System permission will appear.
