Once your Jisr account is integrated with Lumofy, employees are added to the subscription, and the subscription is successfully paid, you’ll be able to access Lumofy. From there, you can efficiently manage and monitor learning and development programs for your employees using an intuitive platform packed with powerful features.
What User Roles Are Available on Lumofy?

Superadmins:
Superadmins have full access to all features and functionalities on the Lumofy dashboard, including assigning pathways to employees, and viewing all employees progress and details. Users with admins roles on your Jisr account are automatically assigned the Superadmin role in Lumofy. -
Admins:
Admins have less access comparing to Superadmins on Lumofy. Users with managerial titles in Jisr such as team leader, HR managers, etc, or any users with subordinate employees who report to them can control their employees' data only, view their learning progress, analytics, and also create and assign pathways for them.

Talents:
Talents are employees added to Lumofy subscriptions in order to develop their skills. They can access the Talent Dashboard, which includes the content library and their assigned learning pathways. However, they do not have access to the full platform or its administrative services.
How Can Superadmins/admins/talents Access Their Dashboard on Lumofy from Jisr?
All roles can access their dashboard through a tab labeled "Learning & Development" in the sidebar.
Clicking on this tab and selecting "Open Lumofy" will redirect them to the Admin Dashboard.
Onboarding steps to configure your organization data (Admin's interface)
When you open Lumofy for the first time, you will go through the following onboarding process. These steps allow you to define valuable data and set goals for your organization, which will help you customize your learning and development plans and choices effectively.
After completing the onboarding process, you will be directed to the admin dashboard.
Compliance with the decision to disclose training data through Lumofy (Qiwa Template)
One of the key benefits organizations gain from integrating with Lumofy is the ability to download a ready-made template that includes all employee training and development data. This template can later be uploaded to the Qiwa platform, ensuring compliance with the training disclosure requirement outlined in Saudi labor law.
How to Assign Development and Learning Courses to Employees/learners?
Super Admins can assign 'Pathways' of learning items to employees, enabling them to begin their learning journey. These pathways can be selected from Lumofy's library of ready-made options or customized by admins to include a variety of learning items tailored to specific needs.
To start assigning pathways:
Click on 'Build' tab > 'Curate', and select 'Pathways'
When the Pathways page is displayed, you will see a list of all available pathways. Each pathway will show the number of content items included and the number of learners enrolled, under the 'Enrollments' section.
If the user wants to enroll employees in one of the available pathways, they can click on the three dots and select 'Enroll Users'. This action will open a list of all employees available in the subscription for selection.
How to create a new pathway for a specific topic and add learners to it?

On the same Pathway page, click the 'New' button.

The 'Create a New Pathway' form will appear, allowing you to enter all the details for the new pathway, such as the name, certificate settings, and more.
After saving the Pathway, you can add learning content to it from the 'Content' tab.
To include existing educational content saved on Lumofy, click 'Add' and select from the available content types, such as learning items, live sessions, articles, and more. This allows you to gather all the necessary items from Lumofy's extensive library.
If you need to add your own learning content to the Pathway, click 'Create'. This option allows you to upload and create various types of items.
Please note that some content types, such as 'Quizzes' are not included in the basic subscription when trying to create them by your own. These are available as add-ons that can be purchased separately. However, you can still use the ready-quizzes on Lumofy freely as a basic feature not the add-on.
How to create interactive learning content using the authoring tool?
The Authoring Tool is located in the "Create" section and allows you to develop interactive content by incorporating various educational elements into the learning path.
When opening this page, click on 'New' to start creating new learning content.
You will have two options:
- Choose one of the available templates in the system, modify it to fit your requirements, add custom content to align with your goals, and save it.
- Start creating a training course from scratch. In this case, the user will need to enter all course details, including the number of units, types of learning materials (articles, videos, etc.), duration in minutes, and other specifics, then save it.
Assign Employees/Learners to Newly Created Pathways
To add employees to your Pathway, click on 'Enrollments', then select 'Enroll Users' from the 'Actions' menu. This will allow you to start adding employees from the available list, set the scheduled start date for their learning process, and define a due date for completing all the assigned learning items.
Control Certificate Details
From the 'Certificate' tab, you can manage whether a certificate will be provided for this pathway. You can choose either Lumofy's default certificate or design a custom certificate specifically for this pathway.
What Are Add-Ons features in the Admin Dashboard?
Not all features are included in your subscription. Some features are considered add-ons and need to be purchased separately. These include:
- Authoring Tool: Found under the 'Create' section, this tool allows you to create interactive content using various learning items added to the Pathway.
- Pre- and Post-Assessments: These assessments are more comprehensive than quizzes and typically include behavioral, educational, and multiple sections.
- Uploading Your Own Certificate: This option allows you to upload a custom certificate instead of using the default certificates available in Lumofy pathways.
Please note that:
- Lumofy’s dashboard will include tooltips for add-on features if they are displayed, providing additional guidance to users.

Features of the Talent/Employee Interface
Once an employee added to the Lumofy subscription accesses their interface, they will be able to:
- Access the learning pathways assigned to them.
- Request to join a specific learning pathway.
- View all content provided by Lumofy.
- Track their progress in the learning pathways.
- And enjoy many other features.
