What are the edges of the Lumofy integration on Jisr?
- As an "Add-on" inside Jisr's Marketplace, clients can easily subscribe to Lumofy and have direct access to it, enabling them to manage learning and development initiatives seamlessly.
- Clients can select specific employees for access and handle billing conveniently through Jisr's existing subscription system.
- The integration allows for automatic creation and synchronization of client accounts and user details between Jisr and Lumofy, as well as synchronization of learning progress and activities.
- A Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism is available, allowing users to access Lumofy directly from Jisr's platform with a single click.
- Additionally, clients can manage their active subscriptions on Lumofy from one interface of Jisr.
How to subscribe to Lumofy from your Jisr account?
Navigating to 'Marketplace', click on 'Lumofy' listed under popular apps. More details on the pricing plans of Lumofy's subscription.
Then, you'll be redirected to start adding the employees to the new subscription.
Assign employees from the list or search for them.
- After adding the employees, the billing details will appear, including the start and end dates of the subscription. More details of the pricing fees according to the included employees.
- When clicking on 'Review subscription', you'll have the opportunity to view the billing details again before accepting the terms and conditions and confirming the subscription.
- A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the accounts of the added employees have been successfully synchronized with the Lumofy learning dashboard.
Please note that after subscribing to Lumofy, the invoice will be added to your accounts' bills and will need to be paid before employees can access Lumofy.
