Through the Lumofy's page on Jisr, you can view the available subscriptions on your company's account along with the status of each subscription.
To view your Lumofy subscriptions from your Jisr account:
1. Navigate to 'Marketplace'.
2. Click on 'Lumofy' under popular apps.
3. The listed subscriptions will be displayed along with the enrolled employees for each subscription.
When the status of the subscription is:
- 'Not Paid': The invoice has not been paid yet, and the employees cannot access Lumofy.
- 'Expired': The subscription duration has expired, and the employees cannot access Lumofy.
- 'Active': The subscription is currently active. The enrolled employees in this subscription are also active. You can still suspend or reactivate the subscription for any employee.
How to add a new subscription on Lumofy?
1. Go to Marketplace
2. Select Lumofy
3. Click on +New Subscription
Next, complete the subscription by adding the employees and reviewing the billing details.
