Explore Lumofy’s terms and conditions for users accessing through the Jisr platform

Overview

Lumofy and Jisr have integrated their platforms to provide seamless access to Lumofy’s learning content upon license purchase. This integration ensures immediate user access and simplifies administrative processes. Any issues should be directed to Lumofy or Jisr support.

By purchasing and accessing Lumofy through the Jisr platform, users agree to these terms and conditions.

Service provision

Upon purchasing a license through Jisr, admins are granted immediate access to Lumofy’s platform and learning library. Admins can then select which users to grant access to, enabling those users to access the learning content immediately.

Billing and Payment

Purchases are invoiced immediately upon confirmation through the Jisr platform, following Jisr’s standard payment procedures. Payment is required 100% upfront for the entire duration of the license.

 

License Duration

Licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Additional Features and Support

To unlock additional features or request further assistance, users should schedule a meeting with a Lumofy representative.

Compliance with Jisr Terms

These terms are consistent with Jisr’s terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, Jisr’s terms will take precedence.

Data Privacy and Security

User data is protected in accordance with Lumofy’s privacy policy and Jisr’s data protection policies.

Modifications to Terms

Lumofy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Jisr platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

Lumofy may terminate or suspend user access for violations of these terms, in accordance with Jisr’s procedures.

Both Lumofy and Jisr reserve the right to terminate access with or without cause, provided that a written notice of thirty (30) days is given to the client who purchased the license.

In the event of termination initiated by the client, no refund will be issued. Additionally, the client is not entitled to any refund of subscription fees once the subscription has been activated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws specified by Jisr.
