
The manager can define a period where the user is allowed to leave his work early without a deduction as below :
1- User with an allowed shortage in his shift and he left after the allowed time and before the shift ends >> User early out will be recorded, but will not show an early out label, and will not have a deductible shortage.
2- User with an allowed shortage in his shift and he left after the allowed time and after the shift ends >> User will not be considered early departure.
3- User with an allowed shortage in his shift and he left before the allowed time >> User early out will be recorded, will show an early out label, and will have a deductible shortage.
4- User with deductible shortage and the allowed shortage of his shift was increased >> His deductible shortage will be decreased according to the new allowed shortage from his shift.
5- User with deductible shortage and the allowed shortage of his shift was decreased >> His deductible shortage will be increased according to the new allowed shortage from his shift.
