Templates (Day Template)

The Saudi labor law allows for scheduling two shifts in the same day for the employee. Therefore, Jisr provides the ability to create a (Day Template) that combines two shifts on the same day, where the admin or user with enough permissions can use then it to assign both shifts to the employee easily in one action, instead of assigning one shift at a time.

Please note the following:

1- If the user adds two shifts as a (Day Template) while there are no conflicts between them >> a Day Template will be created successfully.

2- When the user adds the first shift to the template, upon adding the second shift, the system will only allow for adding a shift that does not conflict (time-wise) with the first one. The system will also show an Overlap indicator at conflicting shifts.

How to modify existing Templates:

By clicking on the edit icon next to the shift preset name.

How to delete existing Templates:

By clicking on the delete icon next to the shift preset name.
