Templates ( Day Template )

User can create a ( Day Template ) that combines two shifts on the same day, where he can use this ( Day Template ) to assign two shifts for the employee in the scheduler at the same time instead of assigning the shifts one by one as below :

1- If the user assigns two shifts as a ( Day Template ) while there are no conflicts between them >> a Day Template will be created successfully.

2- If the user assigns two shifts as a ( Day Template ) while there is a conflict between them >> a ( Day Template ) can’t be created and the system will show an Overlap indicator.

How to modify existing Templates:

By clicking on the edit icon next to the shift preset name.

By clicking on the delete icon next to the shift preset name.
