If there is an error or missing data in the employee’s attendance records, the employee can submit a fingerprint correction request via the web or mobile app to ensure accurate calculation of working hours.
📌 Important Note:
To be able to submit a punch correction request, the employee must be included in the approval cycle for this type of request.
🖥️ From the Web:
- From the "Requests" menu, click on "New Request", then select "Punch Correction Request".
- Select the correct date and time for clock-in and clock-out.
- Add a clarification note by choosing the reason, then click Send to submit the request for approval.
📱 From the Mobile App:
- From the homepage, tap on "Punch Correction".
- Enter the required details in the same way as on the web.
- Tap Send to submit the request.
The request will be forwarded to the direct manager or responsible person for review and approval. You can track the request status from the "My Requests" page.
