Employee Attendance status

- Attendance statuses are :

• Present: If the employee has clocked in and out in all of his shifts on that day.

• Absent: If the employee missed all the clocking in and out in all of his shifts in the day.

• Not required: If the employee is on leave, full-day excuse, business trip, Public Holiday or day off.

• Incomplete record: If the employee is missing a clocking in or out in one of his shifts in the day.

Note :

- The statuses ( Present, Absent, and Incomplete record ) are statues that will be determined after the end of the clocking out window ( of the last shift in the day ).

- Present can be shown before the ending of the shift if there is at least clocking in/out.
