How to Integrate Microsoft for Candidate Communications in Jisr

To easily communicate with your job candidates, send emails, or schedule events via Jisr, you can integrate your account with Microsoft to enable communication activities through Outlook.

• How to Integrate with Microsoft

Connect Microsoft account to your Jisr account by following these steps:

1. From 'Applicant Tracking' tab, click on 'Candidates' 

2. Select 'Communication accounts' 

3. To integrate your Outlook account with Jisr, click on 'Connect' under Outlook.  

4. Grant Jisr access to Microsoft by enabling the permissions displayed.

5. Once integrated, Outlook will be linked to your Jisr account. From then on, any scheduled events can automatically include a Microsoft teams link.

• How to remove the Integration with Outlook

To disable your connection with Outlook from your Jisr account, you'll have to go through the same above steps. However, 'Disconnect' button will be displayed under Outlook.
