Assessment card owners assign assessors who can evaluate the candidates for the job.
Now, let's understand how assessors view this process and accurately share their feedback!
From the 'Applicant Tracking' tab on the home page, assessors should select the job with candidates who need to submit their assessments. Once the job is displayed, the candidates who applied for the job will be listed.
To begin assessing the candidates, you should first select them.
When the candidate profile is displayed, you'll find the 'Assess candidate' button at the top of the page.
Upon clicking it, the 'Submit Assessment Card' window will open, allowing the assessor to add a score evaluating the candidate's performance, ranging from poor to excellent, based on the type of assessment. Additionally, the assessor can provide written feedback about the candidate.
Please note that after submitting the assessment, the candidate's profile will display the overall score. Additionally, an 'Assessment' tab will appear on the profile, showing the score, the assessors who submitted their evaluations, and those who are still pending. Written feedback will also be displayed in this tab.
