Being able to manage and make changes to your evaluation forms is one of the key advantages of the performance process.
After completing and sharing the evaluation form, admins can easily manage and edit settings on the form. Here's how:
- Select 'Performance' from the home page.
- All your evaluation forms will be displayed; select the form you need to edit. Learn more about the All-New Performance Management Dashboard
What are the management and editing options that can be done on created evaluation forms?
1. Once the evaluation process is done, admins can mark the form as completed.
2. New employees can be added to the evaluation form, along with the current employees who were assigned to the form during its creation, from the 'Edit' button.
3. “Form Details,” “Evaluation Criteria” (e.g., form name, description, criteria names, and groups), and “Apply evaluation criteria to specific feedback types” can be edited if no employees have been reviewed yet. However, “Form Type” and “Evaluation Scope” (Self, Upward, Downward) are not editable.
4. New groups can be added, and current groups and criteria can be deleted if needed. However, if the evaluation form is active and any of the added employees have already been evaluated, the evaluation criteria and groups will no longer be editable.
Please note that:
- Any modifications made to either the evaluation form details or its added criteria will apply only to this specific form and not to the recurrence evaluation forms in case the form type is "Calendar year"
- . If a change is made to the first-quarter evaluation form of a calendar-year evaluation with a quarterly recurrence, the second, third, and fourth-quarter evaluation forms will remain unaffected, and this change will not be applied to them.
Additionally, when the created form is active, admins will be able to view all the form updates.
5. Admins with the 'Manage Performance' permission can reopen the completed evaluation form, so it appears with an active status in the system to enable stakeholders involved in the evaluation process to have this form conducted again.
