By clicking on the Candidates tab, you will be directed to the Candidates page, where you can perform the following tasks:
- Re-assign/Remove
When selecting a candidate from the candidate list, you can either re-assign them for another position or delete them from the list.
- Create new candidates
To add a new candidate, click on 'New Candidate' at the top of the page.
A form titled 'Create Candidate Profile' will appear, containing various fields to fill in the candidate's information.
There are two ways to add candidate information:
1- By uploading candidate resumes, where the system parses and automatically adds the candidate's details. For more details about this feature, click here.
2- Manually entering the candidate's information, such as name, phone number, and country.
In both cases, the required information is added and saved by clicking on 'Add to Candidates' after which the candidate is immediately added to the candidate list on the same page.
- View Candidates Information
Profile: Basic information and resume.
Timeline: Displays all activities performed on the candidate's profile since it was added to the system, such as: candidate sourced, moved to application stage, rejected, etc.
Comments: Allow admins to add comments about the candidate and control the visibility permissions of these comments for users on the system (recruiters, watchers, etc.).
Assessment: In case the job that's the candidate's applied for has an assessment card.
Please note that if the candidate applies for the job through the application form, the application form window will be added to the candidate's profile.
When the recruitment manager clicks on the (3 vertical dots) option and the aside actions, they can perform the following:
- Edit Candidate Information: Modify the candidate's details.
- Reassign the Candidate to Another Job: Transfer the candidate to a different job from the available jobs in the system.
- Delete the Candidate from This Job: Remove the candidate from this specific job.
- Completely Delete the Candidate's Profile from the System: Remove the candidate's profile entirely from the system.
Additionally, the recruitment manager can:
- Reject the Candidate from the Job: Mark the candidate as rejected for the applied job.
- Update the Candidate's Application Status: Change the candidate's application stage status (e.g., Applied, Rejected, Hired, etc.).
- Return to the Candidates Page (View All): Go back to the page where all candidates can be reviewed.
Furthermore, the recruitment manager can access other available information, such as the job title assigned to the candidate, the creation date by the recruitment manager, the stage at which the candidate's employment status stands, and more.
