Defining or updating the annual entitlement for employees:
The admin can define the annual entitlement for a single employee or a group of employees in the system as follows:
1- During the steps of adding a new employee to the system:
2- From the Leaves Types page (in the left side menu) of the system > Annual Leave tab > Add Type > Enter number of days > Save:
3- By downloading the template (annual leave balance): From the Settings page > Organization > Bulk Import/Export> Annual leave balance > Export > Select the annual leave entitlement from the drop-down list > Upload the file again.
Note:
If the admin updates the annual entitlement column for employees from the leave balance page or via the Excel template and uploads it to the system, the system will recalculate the balance due to this day, as well as the balance at the end of the current year.
- If the admin wants to manually modify the value of the balance due to this day, this is done via the manual entry column from the leave balance page or via the Excel template, and put a positive value for the purpose of increasing the value of the balance due to this day or a negative value for the purpose of decreasing the value of the balance due to this day.
