According to the text of Article 109 of the Labor Law, the annual entitlement of employees in the facility must be defined in advance on the Jisr system by the system admin, so that he can later allocate the annual entitlement to each employee independently based on the employment contract or the internal regulations of the facility, in order to ensure the automation of the processes of calculating annual leave balances for employees correctly.
Annual entitlements are generally defined by following the following steps:
From the home page > Settings > Leave types > Annual leave > Annual leave entitlement > Add new type.
Note:
The Labor Law stipulates that the minimum entitlement for an employee (who has not completed 5 consecutive years) should not be less than 21 calendar days per year. Therefore, if the employee’s employment contract or the company’s internal regulations stipulate that the employee is entitled to more than that (30 or 45 days or that the leave policy is working days and not calendar days), it is considered one of the additional benefits that establishments grant to their employees. It is necessary to define this in advance in the system, so that you can determine the entitlement for employees.
