Confirmation of return from leave:
If this feature is activated by the system administrator on the system, each employee will be required to submit a confirmation of commencement of work for each type of leave applied for, as this feature helps in ensuring the employee’s return from annual leave or other leaves.
- Request for confirmation of return is mandatory:
When choosing this option, all employees will be asked to confirm their return after the end of the leave, by going to the same request for the leave and clicking on the (Resume) option.
Note:
- If the annual leave is with an advance salary, the employee will not appear in the payroll until after confirming his return from the annual leave, in the same way as the appeal request.
- If the attendance and departure devices are linked and activated with the system, the system will automatically create a request to confirm the return from leave immediately upon registering the employee's fingerprint (either from the fingerprint device or from the mobile application). The request will be awaiting the approval of the official to confirm the employee's return, and the employee will be considered absent if he does not confirm the return.
- Do not request confirmation of return from leave:
When choosing this option, submitting a request to confirm the return (appeal) will not be required from employees, and therefore the system will automatically consider the date of the day following the last day of the leave as the employee's return date.
Example: The employee Ahmed requested annual leave from February 1 to February 2, and it was approved. The system will automatically consider February 3 as the return date from leave, without the need for the employee Ahmed to submit an appeal request.
Note:
In the case of (activating the option "Do not require return confirmation from annual leave"), the system administrator can specify the number of days in which the employee can take action after the end of the leave (such as requesting an extension of leave, and requesting an early appeal), and the options will be hidden from the employee in the system after the end of these specified days, to prevent him from taking any action (must be from 0 - 30 days).
