How to define an employee salary & allowances :
In order to define an employee salary on the system, there is 2 ways as below :

Define an employee salary & allowances form his profile

Define employees salary & allowances by using Salaries & Compensations Template ( Excell )
First: Define an employee salary & allowances form his profile :
To define or add an employee salary into his profile, follow the below steps:

Navigate to the view employees page

Select the employee and move to his profile
-
Go to his "Salary & Financial" tab

Go to the section Salary info
-
Click on the Edit button
-
Do the adjustment on the Basic or allowances
-
Click on the Save changes button
-
Select the Type of changes ( Edit on the salary )
-
Enter the reason for this change in the reason box
-
Click on Confirm Changes button
-
Confirm the changes to take effect
Second: Define employees salary & allowances by using Salaries & Compensations Template ( Excell )
In order to define or add salary information for multiple employees at one time into their profile using bulk template, follow the below steps:

From the side menu go to the Settings
-
Navigate to the Bulk import / Export tab
-
Click on export option of Salaries & Compensations File to download the Excel template
-
Open the template & enter or adjust salary values
-
On the same page click on the "Import" option
-
Browse and select the file from your computer
-
Click on Import button
In order to see all updated Salary informations, navigate to the View employees page > Select the employee > check the updated Salary at "Salary & Financial" tab.
