The Jisr system provides clarity on the status of payroll processes in the system for both the system admin, the payroll supervisor, and those with payroll authority. This allows them to review payroll data and determine which data remains to be entered or is incomplete.
Steps to view the payroll data required for review:
1. The user accesses the "Payroll" screen.
2. At the top of the screen, they will find "Payroll Status," which shows the percentage of completeness of employee data within the payroll.
3. The user clicks "Details".
4- To display all the details of the data to be completed.
For example: There are X number of employees not listed in the payroll.
The user can manually make changes to these employees or click "Batch fix."
All employee data can be completed at once by clicking "Download" to download the employee file.
Then the user makes the modifications and completes the data.
Then he uploads the file again to the system, to update the employee data.
