This function helps the user ( Attendance manager or HR ) to justify any shortage in specific employee working hours due to ( Late In / Early out ) manually without creating a request or workflow approval as follows:
-
The user with the granted permission ( Clear Punctuality Deductibles Manually permission ) will be able to manipulate the reflection of the deductibles by editing the allowed period.

-
The deductibles that can be edited are (Late In) and (Early out).
-
The user can either remove all the deductibles at once by clicking on the (Remove All Deductibles) button or editing the allowed period by clicking on the (Edit) button from the Attendance details pop-up > Payroll Reflection > Deductions.

-
( Remove All Deductibles button ) will be shown if only the deductibles in the table are either (Late In) or (Early out) or both.
-
When using the ( Remove All Deductibles ) button will set the allowed period equal to the (Late In) or (Early out ) period, so that the reflection will be zero.
-
When using the (Edit) button, the allowed period for the (Late In) and (Early out) only will be editable.
-
The user can increase up to the actual (late In) or (early out) period, if the user tried to enter more than that, the system will automatically reset it to the maximum.
-
The system will show (By <User name>) under the allowed period if the user takes any of those actions.

-
In case there is an allowed period (Via request) for late In or early out:
-
The user can clear all deductibles or edit the allowed period, and it will show (By <User name>) instead of (Via request) as it is the last action.
-
The user can’t decrease less than the allowed period coming from the request., therefore, if the user tried to enter less than the allowed period coming from the request, the system will set it to the minimum.
-
-
If there is already a manual allowed period and an excuse request got approved, the allowed period from the request will be added to the manual allowed period until the maximum.
