Jisr will automate the processing of punches that are coming in days off, or unscheduled days.
It will be automatically set as clocking in and out, according to the following:
-
First punch recorded on the day > Will be considered as clocking in.
-
Last punch recorded on the day > Will be considered as clocking out.
-
Any change in the sequence will reset the clock in and out accordingly.
-
if a shift got removed, unpublished or changed to a day off, the clocking in and out will be recalculated to this logic and vice versa.
-
Once the clocking in and out are set, the Worked hours & Difference will be calculated.
-
The user can edit the logs manually for the unscheduled (unpublished) days, and the logs will be stick.
-
The user can submit a correction request for the unscheduled (unpublished) days, and the logs will be stick.
-
The recorded logs should be within the day from 12 AM to 11:59 PM.
-
Jisr will exclude any recorded logs that fall in the clocking-out window of the previous day ( if there is any ), and any recorded logs that fall in the clocking-in window of the next day ( if there is any).
