Clocking Windows ( Clocking Rules )

This feature will help the responsible user while creating a new shift to Define periods where the employees can clock in or clock out based on ( Selected Clocking Rules ).

If the submitted punch comes outside these windows, the system will neglect it and will not affect the employee’s attendance. and the User can see a red dot notification on the daily view if there is log(s) falling outside the clocking windows.

So, Clocking Windows’ will allow you to set boundaries for when, throughout the day, you want Jisr to process Attendance punches as Clock-in or Clock out automatically, and when to keep them on hold and require human interception to correct punches either manually or through approval cycles.
