Selecting the overtime request hourly rate by the approvals

The employee will not be asked to select the hourly rate while submitting the overtime request.

Meanwhile, The approval ( according to overtime workflow ) can choose the overtime request hourly rate while the request is pending as below :

1- When an employee is on a single overtime policy ( 1.5X ) and his OT request is pending >> Approvals can change the hourly rate to be equal to 1.5X or less.

2- When an employee is on a double-overtime policy ( 2X ), and the request is pending >> Approvals can change the hourly rate to be equal to 2X or less.

3- When an employee is on a custom overtime policy ( i.e. 3X ), and the request is pending >> Approvals can change the hourly rate to be equal to 3X ( Custom ) or less.

4- The request is not pending ( approve, rejected, cancelled, expired ) >> Approvals can not change the hourly rate of the overtime request, and the UI will show the hourly rate section in the read mode only.
