User can track the items that will be reflected on his payroll which is coming from his attendance, with the ability to understand how this impacts his payroll by comparing his actual attendance with the organisation's attendance policies.
( Payroll Reflection ) tab shows the approved overtime and deduction in detail and the ability to add /edit / delete them.
1- Approved Overtime :

- Approved overtime can be shown in the ( Payroll reflection ) tab from all the sources ( Automatic from shift template, Manual entry or bulk upload, Request by the employee ).
- User can add /edit / delete the manual approved overtime from this button.
- The table will show the approved overtime on the shift level.
- The table shows the following columns :

- ( Worked ) column shows the shift actual worked hours.
- ( Extra hours ) column shows the shift extra worked hours.
- ( Approved overtime ) column shows the approved overtime hours and the overtime type and source of the overtime.
- ( Reflection ) column shows the number of approved overtime hours multiplied by the overtime type ( 1.5x or 2x ).
- In the case of ( manual approved overtime ) it will show the manager who added the approved overtime.
- In the case of ( Automatic approved overtime ) it will show '' Automatically added ''.
- In the case of ( request approved overtime ) it will show the request approve date.
- In the case of two shifts in the day, it will show the shift period under the approved overtime.
- In the case of one shift in the day, don’t show the shift period under the approved overtime.

2- Deductions :
Deductions can be shown in the ( Payroll reflection ) tab.
- The deductions are: ( Absent, Late in, Early out & Missed Shift )

- The table will show the deductions on the shift level.
- The table shows the following columns :

- ( Type ) column shows the deduction type: - Late in, Early out.
- ( Actual ) column shows the actual late in or early out without the allowed delay of shortage.
- ( Allowed ) column shows the allowed delay of shortage for that shift.
- In the case of ( Late in ) it will show the allowed delay.
- In the case of ( Early out ) show the allowed shortage.
- ( Reflection ) column shows the allowed delay/shortage time minus the late in/early time.
- In the case of two shifts in the day, show the shift period under the deductions type.
- In the case of one shift in the day, don’t show the shift period under the deductions type.
