The admin or manager who is responsible for scheduling can unpublished the published shifts as below :

Go to the Scheduler page.

Navigate to the period you want to unpublished.

Click on 3 dots next to the employee name or on a day level or a weekly level, then hit ( unpublished ).

Activate the option (notify affected employees) if you want to send them notifications.

Confirm the action by clicking on ( unpublished ).

Note:
Unpublished shifts will set them back to draft mode, which is invisible to employees and is not considered when calculating attendance.
