With a large number of employees, navigating the shift scheduler page can be a bit confusing. Therefore, Jisr provides different tools the admin can use to get to the required records quickly and easily.
1- Quick Filters based on shift status:
Click on one of the quick filters below the schedule to narrow down the displayed shifts. Notice that the selected filter is indicated above the table as well.
Unpublished: In case there is a scheduled shift that has been saved as a draft.
Unavailable: In case of annual leave, Public holiday, business trip or full-day excuse.
Unscheduled: Slots that do not have any shifts scheduled.
Conflicts: In case there is overlapping between shifts.
2- Multi-Select, View & Sorting:
Multi-select: When enabled, a check box will be available for each employee to enable admins of selecting multiple employees and perform the same action on all of them at once (bulk actions like: publish, unpublish, or clear the week ).
View by: The user can select the display the employees grouped by Employee, Department, or Location.
Note that When a group (location or department) doesn’t have employees whether due to data in the system or the selected filters, the collapsed list will not be shown for it.
Sort by: Sort all displayed records by ID, Name, or shift duration.
3- Search and Filters:
Admins may use the standard search box above the table to limit the displayed records based on the employee ID or name.
As for filters, they can be used to narrow down the displayed records as well based on various criteria, such as location, department, employment type, and much more.
