The admin or manager who is responsible for scheduling employee shifts can assign a shift to a group of employees or to all employees as below:

Go to the scheduler page.

Choose the required period.

Click on the ( + ) option or Assign Shift button.

Make sure to select the right day & date.

Select a specific employee, group of employees or all employees.

Set the right location to assign all the selected employees to it or keep a default location ( Registered location in employee profile).

To define the First Shift, you have to select from a recently created shift preset or from all Shift presets or Templates, or by creating a new custom shift.

To define the Second Shift, you have to select from a recently created shift preset or from all Shift presets or Templates, or by creating a new custom shift.

Activate the Day off option if you want to set it as a day off for the employee.

Click on the “Save Draft” option in case you want to save it as a draft, or click on the “Save & Publish” option to save it and publish it to the employees.

If you want to repeat this shift:

Enable the Repeat option if you want this shift to repeat for a specified period of time.

Choose the days you want to apply.

Specify the end of this repetition (For or Until a specific date).
