Publish changes via email & Mobile app

The manager can enable notifying the affected employees via email or mobile app ( ESS ) once their shifts have been published / Unpublished / cleared.

- When users checks on notifying affected employees >> All employees with published / unpublished / cleared shifts will be notified via email or mobile app ( ESS ).

- When the user unchecked on notify affected employees >> Published / unpublished / cleared shifts will be affected by changes without notifying employees via email or mobile app ( ESS ).
