What this means for you
You might notice that some attachments, particularly those uploaded before March 31, 2026 by your team cannot be opened or may appear missing. We understand how important these files are to your operations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Actions taken & preventive measures
Ensuring the reliability and security of your data is a top priority for us. As part of our continuous improvements, and prior to this incident (as of March 31, 2026), we have implemented several key measures to strengthen our infrastructure:
- Working with AWS teams to restore as much as we can of the hosted attachments..
- Hosting data across multiple geographic regions to reduce single points of failure
- Implementing automated backup systems with improved frequency and retention policies
- Enhancing redundancy across storage layers to increase data availability
- Strengthening disaster recovery procedures and failover mechanisms
- Improving monitoring and alerting systems for faster incident detection and response
- Conducting ongoing infrastructure reviews and resilience testing against regional disruptions
We are actively investigating the situation and closely monitoring the affected infrastructure. While we are continuing efforts to assess the possibility of recovering impacted attachments, we want to be transparent that recovery cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
