New Update to the GOSI Compliance Screen
To improve usability and simplify the process of reviewing Social Insurance data, a new update has been introduced to the GOSI Compliance screen. This update focuses on improving file upload workflows, enhancing the way issues are displayed, and providing a clearer and more efficient user experience.
Below are the key changes included in this update.
1. File Upload Moved to the Compliance Checker Page
Previously, users could upload the GOSI file through the GOSI Info section within the Bulk Import page.
With the new update, this process has been moved entirely to the GOSI Compliance Checker page. When users navigate to the old section, they will now be automatically redirected to the new compliance page.
This change centralizes all GOSI compliance activities in a single location, making the workflow more organized and easier to use.
2. Support for a New File Format
The system now supports only one file format for the compliance check:
Active Contributors List
Users can download this file directly from the GOSI website.
To assist users, a help article is available within the system explaining:
This ensures that users upload the correct file format and avoid common errors.
3. Complete Redesign of the Compliance Page
The Compliance Checker page has been fully redesigned to improve clarity and usability.
Previously, issues were displayed sequentially in a long list, which made them difficult to review—especially when dealing with many records.
The updated design introduces:
Dedicated sections for file upload
A clearer layout for compliance results
Improved visibility of detected issues
This structured layout allows users to quickly understand the compliance status and identify potential problems.
4. New Filters for Issue Management
Another important enhancement is the introduction of filters for reviewing compliance issues.
Users can now filter issues based on specific criteria, allowing them to:
Focus on the most critical issues
Review specific types of discrepancies
Quickly identify affected employees
These filters help HR and payroll teams detect and resolve issues earlier, before the payroll review process begins.
