Add Salary components for the first time

Steps to Add Salary components

When the user accesses the payroll, they click "Define the salary components for your employees."

Or, the user can access the "Salary Components" tab to make any changes or additions to payroll items, such as allowances, Loans, Variable pay, deductions and Reimbursements.
