Employees can submit their flight ticket requests through the web or the app, from the "Requests" tab. Note that not all employees are eligible to submit all types of requests—this depends on the approval cycle set for each request. Learn how to create an approval cycle.
Via the web:
- From the "Requests" window, click on "New Request". Select the flight ticket request and complete the remaining steps as follows.
- When the request is submitted, it will be added to the "Pending" list under the "Your Requests" window, awaiting approval or rejection by the approver.
- Once approved by the approver, the employee will receive a notification on both the web and mobile app. The request will also move to the "Approved" list with the status "Approved" In case of rejection, the request will move to the "Rejected" list.
Via the app:
- After logging into the app, the employee will tap on "New Request" and select "Flight Ticket Request"
- After opening the request form, it should be filled out with the request details as follows and then submitted.
- The status of the request can also be tracked from the "Requests" tab, which shows the request’s status and details. Upon approval or rejection, a notification will also be received through the app.
- If the request is approved, the employee responsible for booking the flight ticket will proceed accordingly—either by booking through "Almosafer" via Jisr system or by simply completing the task on Jisr and booking through another method.
