To avoid any simple error in calculating the payroll, appointing an attendance sheet approval employee for each payroll is an important step to ensure the accuracy of these calculations and reduce errors.
Note: When creating a new payroll in the system, an attendance sheet is automatically created for the sheet. You can view it from the “Attendance and Departure” screen, then the “Attendance Sheets” tab, to display all attendance sheets for all the sheets defined in the system.
Note: The "Attendance sheet" indicator must first be activated, which can be activated by going to the payroll settings page and from the payroll information tab, the user clicks to activate the "Attendance sheet" option.
To appoint an attendance sheet approval employee for each payroll, you can follow the following steps:
1- The user clicks on "Attendance & leaves" then "Attendance"
2- Select the "Attendance Sheets" tab
3- For the payrolls to appear in the system, the user clicks on "Assign" to choose the person responsible for approving the attendance sheet to complete the payroll for the period.
