Knowing the status of employees in the payroll

The Jisr system allows the user to identify an employee's status in the payroll, as well as which employees have recently been added to the payroll.

A 💠 sign appears next to the employee's name in the payroll, which means that this employee was recently added to the system's payroll.

You can also find out which employees have been transferred from another payroll, as the “Moved employee” mark appears next to the employee’s name in the payroll, meaning that this employee has been recently added to the payroll from another payroll.

The user can click on the employee's name or the box containing the employee's name to display a screen containing all the employee's detailed salary data, such as: basic salary, allowances, total additions, and deductions.
