The ease and accuracy of calculating salaries for employees are crucial factors to ensure smooth workflow.
The Jisr system provides an ideal solution where the user can use the financial transactions upload feature provided by the system, where he can upload a file containing financial transactions related to employees' salaries from additions and deductions to be reflected directly on the payroll.
The user can upload the financial transactions file in the following way:
1- The user clicks on "Payroll"
2- Then choose the path in which he wants to upload the financial transactions of the employees present in it, and choose the time period.
3- In the section for "prepare", click on the (...) at the top of the payroll.
4- The user clicks on "Upload Transactions"
5- Then he uploads the file containing the additions and discounts, or the user can click on “Upload File” to download an Excel file so that he can enter the data into the file manually and then upload the file.
6- To reflect additions and deductions from the file to the payroll.
