How to Suspend an employee in the Payroll Table manually?

Navigate to the payroll table page and on the 2nd page ( Additions & Deductions ), click on the Suspend Button.

Select The employee you want to suspend ( You can search by Emp. name, ID & Job title as well ).

Click on suspend option then Click on Confirm.
The user can know the employees whose salaries have been stopped by clicking on the “Stopped Employees” button in the payroll.
To display a list of suspended employees, with the “reason for suspension” next to each name, you can click on (...) and then click on “Un Suspend” to cancel the suspension of the employee’s salary.
