Flight ticket booking with Almosafer

One of the key benefits Jisr offers its clients is the ability to integrate with leading platforms and brands, streamlining daily tasks and maximizing their privileges. 

By integrating with Al-Mosafer, HR teams and users with "Manage flight bookings' permission can effortlessly manage the entire process of flight ticket booking requests and payments for the company’s employees—all within the Jisr platform. This eliminates the need to complete bookings through multiple channels, making the process more efficient and centralized. 

How to activate Al-Mosafer on your account

1. From the "Marketplace" tab, click on the "Al-Mosafer" app icon under the popular apps section.

 A new page with all the platform details will appear. Click on "Activate Al-Mosafer" then confirm the activation and agree to the terms and conditions.

Once activated, a success message will appear, and you'll be able to start booking by clicking on 'Book flight ticket' from the same page. 

Now, let's book your flight tickets with Almosafer from your Jisr account... 

• To benefit from and start using the flight ticket booking feature, you can activate Jisr e-payment service (Jisr Direct) on your account. All payments will then be made from your Jisr wallet balance. To do this, click the wallet icon in the top bar, and a "Activate Payment" button will appear.

The e-wallet service (Jisr Direct) is currently unavailable for new users who have not previously activated Jisr Direct. New users will only be able to pay on Almosafer using bank cards. Users who have previously activated Jisr Direct service will be able to use both payment methods: Jisr Direct or bank card.) More details about payment methods

This will redirect you to the "Online Payment" page, where you can complete the activation process.

• Access flight bookings tab to begin the booking process

Users can access this tab either by clicking the 'Book Flight Ticket' button from the Marketplace, which redirects to the 'Flight Bookings' tab.

Or by navigating to 'Benefits Management' and selecting 'Flight Bookings' under 'Annual Flight Tickets.'

• Enter flight ticket booking details

- After clicking on 'Flight Ticket Booking' if the user hasn't accepted the terms and conditions from the marketplace, a form will be displayed to accept them before proceeding.

- Then, you’ll be asked to enter the traveler’s details.

- After clicking 'Next,' you will be prompted to enter the flight details.

- Select the most suitable flight from the options provided by Al-mosafer.

- The flight ticket will appear with a status of 'Pending Payment'. Selecting it will prompt users to complete the payment process.

 

Note:

- If you wish to filter or sort available trip bookings to view only completed, expired, or other specific categories, you can do so by clicking on the "Filter" option.

- And select any of the available statuses to filter and display only the trip bookings related to that specific status.
