With the launch of Jisr Direct service, you can easily manage your company's financial transactions in a simple and secure manner. In this article, I will explain how to activate and use Jisr Direct with easy steps, benefiting from its simplicity, security, and cost-saving.
Jisr system allows the system admin to activate the Jisr Direct service
Steps to activate Jisr online payment:
1- The user clicks on the "Settings" button located in the sidebar of the screen.
2- Select "Payroll".
3- Click on "Online payment".
All activated companies will be displayed first, followed by the non-activated companies. If the user wishes to activate Jisr Online payment feature for a particular company, they click on 'Activate Payment'.
After clicking 'Activate Payment' for the desired company to enable the feature, this screen will appear to confirm the activation process.
The verification process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Verify organisation
The desired company is selected to link the feature to, and then "Verify organisation" is clicked to proceed to the second step of verification.
Note: The main commercial registration that the user wishes to activate Jisr Payroll for is selected.
Note: The commercial registration of the company is verified through the "Wathq" platform.
Step Two: Owner confirmation
After selecting the organisation, the user selects the owner of the chosen organisation to send a message to confirm his identity via text message to his number registered on the Absher platform where a message is sent to his mobile phone with a 4-digit OTP secret code.
Note: There is a message “By clicking "Verify" you agreed on terms and conditions” and you can read the terms and conditions by clicking on it.
Note: The system can re-send the OTP code to the owner 5 minutes after sending the OTP code.
After entering the OTP, click on “Confirm OTP”
This message will appear that Jisr Jisr Direct has been activated successfully.
IBAN number for the wallet, knowing that this number is the one that will link it to the user’s bank account to the user top up wallet.
Note: The IBAN number that appears is only used to receive transfers, not send.
This feature can be activated for a new Organisations through the following steps:
At the bottom of the screen, the user clicks on “New Organisations”
To appear in a side menu on the screen for registering establishment data, specifically the data from the Ministry of Commerce, you can obtain this information by clicking on 'How do I get this information?' which will redirect you to the article 'How to Obtain the Name and Commercial Registration Number of the Organisation'.
Then, the user enters the commercial registration number (which should consist of 10 digits) and the name of the organisation in Arabic in the commercial registration, as well as in English if applicable.
Scrolling down, the user enters the data related to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, which can be found by clicking on 'How to get this info?' that will take you to the article 'How to Obtain the Unified Establishment Number from the Labor Office (Ministry of Human Resources)'.
The user then selects the type of establishment, whether it is a main establishment or a subsidiary establishment.
Specify the prefix number and Org no. in Ministry of Labour.
Finally, the user enters the social insurance subscription number
The user can obtain the GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) subscription number by clicking on “How to get this info?” To be transferred to this article “How to obtain the establishment’s social insurance subscription number (My Business Insurance)”
After entering, the user clicks on “Register organisation” and thus the commercial register for a new organisation is created. After adding, the property can be added to the organization by clicking on “Activate payment” next to the added establishment and then following the steps mentioned at the top of the article.
