The delay/absence of approvers can lead to delays in request approvals, impacting organizational productivity and efficiency.
Moreover, a Lack of accountability for delays in approving/rejecting pending requests, and these delays can result in employee frustration and affect the overall workflow.
Therefore, the JisrHR system provides request submitter and admin with more flexibility in managing employee requests by enabling the following:
- Notify the approver in the approval cycle about pending requests:
Request submitters and Admins can notify the approvers about any pending requests when necessary, This enables timely decision-making and prevents delays caused by the delay/absence of key approvers.

To access the notify icon, go to the request details page of any pending requests from other managers ( Status is pending ).

The notify icon is available to the default admin and request submitter.

When the admin or request submitter notifies the approvers, the system will send a notification and an email to notify the approver's manager.
- Notifications will include a link directing approvers to the specific request, facilitating quick access and review.

The system will display the name of the user who notified the approver manager, along with the date and time.

Users can only send 1 notification per day.
- This feature is available to all Jisr clients across all packages ( Essential and Professional ).
