The Jisr system provides a new feature for employee data, which is "Automatically renewing contracts for employees for the same period", which aims to simplify and improve the processes of managing employment contracts for employees in companies. This feature is an important step towards enhancing stability and trust between companies and their employees. It provides a mechanism for automatically renewing contracts according to the same terms and period without manual intervention.
Note: The user must have the permission to add or edit personal and employment information or to be the system admin.
The contract can be renewed when defining a new employee in the organization in the section for Organization and information. After specifying the contract period, the "Automatic renewal for the same period" indicator can be activated, as the system will automatically renew the contract after its expiration for the same period.
The contract can also be renewed after adding the employee’s data in the system or editing a contract that has already been added for an employee in the system and for which automatic renewal was not activated, and the user activates this feature.
Note 1: The user can delete contracts, especially old contracts that are automatically created by the system.
Note 2: The modifications that occur to the contracts, the new and old values, and the reasons for the modification can be tracked by clicking on "View employees" then (...) then clicking on "Audit Log", to display the changes made to the employee's data, including updating the employee's contract.
