Many business sectors rely on seasonal labor at certain times such as the Hajj and Ramadan seasons, such as the hospitality, food, logistics sector, and others. Therefore, Jisr offers the possibility of adding employees to the system using seasonal seats with contract durations ranging from one month to 6 months, which are automatically stopped once the contract period ends. This ensures that the company does not incur excessive fees if the system administrator does not manually stop calculating the seasonal seat in a timely manner.

Seasonal seats can be added to Jisr system in one of two ways:
1. Using the "Add Employee" button
- Choose to enter the employee info manually and then click "Add"
- On the next screen, you can choose the type of seat used for the account. Choose "seasonal seat"
- The contract expiration date will be set to one month later than the current date by default, but you can change the date as long as it is within the allowed range (1 - 6 months)
- Enter the name of the season (optional)
- Press Confirm and Continue
- Complete employee data entry as usual
2- The second way to add employees to the seasonal seats is by uploading the employee data files:
- From the list of employees, click the "Bulk import and update" button and then confirm the desired action
The window displays further information about the cost of adding a regular or seasonal seat
- Upload the employee data file, with the possibility to download a sample file to use as a template
- The file contains three columns related to seasonal seats, which you need to fill correctly to add seasonal employees:
- Seat Type (Normal/Seasonal)
- Seasonal seat end date
- Season (the season name, added optionally)
- After you have filled in the required data in the file, upload it in the previous window to add more than one employee at once
